In total, 153 individuals are being treated in hospitals due to symptomatic COVID-19

As of the morning of 14 September there are 153 individuals with symptomatic COVID-19 who require hospital treatment. A total of 171 patients who have COVID-19 are currently receiving hospital treatment, including 122 patients who have not been vaccinated (which means 71.3% of the overall figure), and forty-nine patients who have been fully vaccinated (which amounts to 28.7% of the overall figure).

Twelve new COVID-19 cases have been opened by hospitals within the past 24 hours. No new deaths were registered.

The last 24 hours have seen 6,107 tests being analysed in Estonia in relation to coronavirus, of which the results of 473 were positive. In total, 354 of the new cases were unvaccinated, while 119 infected individuals had completed the vaccination process.

A total of 3,720 vaccine doses have been administered over the past 24 hours, and 1,314,396 vaccine doses have been administered overall. Of the total adult population in Estonia, 65.6% have received at least one dose of the vaccine.
