In total, 123 individuals are being treated in hospitals due to symptomatic COVID-19

As of the morning of 7 September, 123 individuals with symptomatic COVID-19 require hospital treatment. In total, hospital treatment is being supplied to 144 patients who have COVID-19, including 109 patients who have not been vaccinated (which means 75.7% of the overall figure), and 35 patients who have been fully vaccinated (which amounts to 24.3% of the overall figure).

Twenty new COVID-19 cases have been opened by hospitals within the past 24 hours. Three new coronavirus deaths were registered within the past 24 hours, involving a 60 year-old man, a 60 year-old woman, and an 84 year-old man.

The last 24 hours have seen 5,194 tests being analysed in Estonia in relation to coronavirus, of which the results of 391 were positive. In total, 281 of the new cases were unvaccinated, while 110 infected individuals had completed the vaccination process.

A total of 3,704 vaccine doses have been administered over the past 24 hours, and 1,291,806 vaccine doses have been administered overall. Overall, 65% of all adults have received at least one dose of the vaccine.

In total, 322 individuals are being treated in hospital due to symptomatic COVID-19

As of the morning of 20 January, hospital treatment is being provided to 322 individuals who have been infected with COVID-19. A total of 227 patients who have COVID-19 are currently receiving hospital treatment after having developed serious symptoms, including 180 patients who have not been vaccinated (which covers 79.3% of the overall figure), and forty-seven patients who have been fully vaccinated (which amounts to 20.7% of the overall figure).
